Sterilight UV intensity monitor sensors continuously monitor the output of your UV system by measuring the 254nm spectrum UVC light passing through the UV sleeve and water that is reaching the contaminants.

Just as the UV sleeve requires periodic cleaning to remove sediment and/or minerals that have accumulated on it, so does the UV intensity monitor sensor window. A "Q" tip with a dab of CLR or LimeAway cleaner will make a quick job of cleaning the sensor window.
