Enpress PIONEER CT-05-CB-AMCYL Replacement Cartridge

The Enpress CT-05-CB-AMCYL is the replacement filter cartridge for the Enpress PIONEER water filter system. It is a 0.5 micron carbon block designed and independently tested and certified for the removal of soluble (ionic) and particulate lead, PFOS, PFOA, and cysts. It is also commonly used to remove general sediment, bad tastes and odors, chlorine and chloramine, making it a very popular choice for the treatment of city water. This filter has superior adsorption capacity and kinetic dynamics, making a cost effective water filtration solution in a size and configuration that offer ease-of-use, extended service life, less frequent cartridge replacement, superior flow capacity, and low pressure loss.

All components and materials are made with FDA approved materials, and manufactured from NSF 61 certified coconut shell carbon, and are California Prop 65 compliant.

Each filter comes with top cap with built-in handle for lightweight and easy removal, a bag for proper sanitary disposal, and a double o-ring bottom seal to prevent filter bypass.

Question:

Will this filter be compatible with the EF-835-1 Cartridge Tank? Will it work as entry level filter where water comes into house?

Answer(s):

Unfortunately the CT-05-CB-AMYCL is not compatible with EF-8035-1 cartridge tank. That cartridge tank is proprietary to Water-Right so you would need to use the Water-Right version of that filter which is CT-05-CB-AMCYL-IO It can work as a point of entry filter, however it is highly recommended to have a 1 micron sediment filter in front of it to prevent pressure loss as that specific filter has a very fine micron rating.
