They have a good service department. Have a UV light and they were accommodating when it went out under warranty.

My home had a Viqua UV unit in it when I purchased it. It has worked flawlessly. Any concerns I have had, including getting a new ballast, have been immediately answered by the staff, and products ordered, including lamps and crystals, have been shipped without delay.
