Excellent customer service experience. Failed product was replaced out of warranty at an exceptional price. (Failure may have been due to line surge during a storm.) Staff was also very knowledgeable about Viqua Trojan Max power supplies and ensured that I was sent the correct unit to match my older system. Fully Recommended!
