Great product, removes ALL bacteria. Last test showed 0 count of any bacteria. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is the filter and the filter wrench. Filter is difficult to remove and filter wrench is totally inadequate made of cheap plastic. I would be more than willing to pay $10 more for a wrench I could rely on

Had a little trouble getting the system going but Homeplus Products customer support was unbelieveably helpful. And their prices were by far the lowest of everywhere I checked. Can't recommend them and this product enough.
